Acceptable use policy (AUP)
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) forms part of the Terms and Conditions governing the use of Th3 Platform. By accessing or using Th3 Platform, you agree to comply with this AUP.
Lawful use
You agree to use Th3 Platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable federal, state, local, and international laws and regulations.
Prohibited activities
You may not use Th3 Platform to:
- Upload, post, transmit, or distribute content that you do not own or have permission to use.
- Upload copyrighted music, videos, photographs, images, sound recordings, software, or other intellectual property without authorization.
- Infringe the copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights of any person or entity.
- Commit fraud, identity theft, or impersonate another individual or organization.
- Upload malicious software, viruses, ransomware, spyware, or other harmful code.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Th3 Platform, its servers, networks, or other users’ accounts.
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation, security, or performance of Th3 Platform.
- Use bots, automated scripts, or scraping tools without our prior written permission.
- Upload unlawful, defamatory, threatening, harassing, hateful, obscene, or otherwise prohibited content.
- Use Th3 Platform to promote or facilitate illegal activities.
User responsibility
You are solely responsible for:
- All content you upload, publish, or share.
- Ensuring that you possess all necessary ownership rights or permissions for uploaded content.
- Any legal consequences resulting from your use of Th3 Platform.
Enforcement
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, to:
- Remove any content that violates this Policy or applicable law.
- Restrict or suspend access to Th3 Platform.
- Permanently terminate user accounts for serious or repeated violations.
- Preserve and disclose information where required by law or to protect our legal rights, users, or the public.
Nothing in this Policy obligates us to monitor user activity or content, although we reserve the right to do so.
Content moderation and appeals policy
Our approach
We strive to maintain a safe, respectful, and legally compliant environment. While we may review reports of inappropriate or unlawful content, we are not obligated to monitor all user-generated content before or after it is posted.
Content removal
We may remove, disable access to, restrict, or otherwise moderate content that, in our sole discretion:
- Violates our Terms and Conditions or Community Guidelines.
- Infringes intellectual property rights.
- Is unlawful or appears to violate applicable laws.
- Creates a risk of harm to users or Th3 Platform.
- Is fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading.
- Is the subject of a valid legal request or court order.
Content may also be removed while we investigate reported violations.
Account actions
Depending on the severity or frequency of violations, we may issue a warning, remove specific content, temporarily suspend account privileges, permanently terminate an account, or restrict access to certain Platform features.

Users who believe content violates our policies or applicable law may report it by contacting:

Please include sufficient information to identify the content and explain the reason for the report.
Appeals process
If your content is removed or your account is suspended or terminated, you may submit a written appeal within thirty (30) days of the action unless prohibited by law. Appeals should include:
- Your name and account information.
- A description of the affected content or account.
- The reason you believe the action was incorrect.
- Any supporting documentation or evidence.
We will review appeals in good faith and will notify you of our decision within a reasonable period. Our decision following an appeal shall be final, except where otherwise required by law.
Repeat violations
Users who repeatedly violate our policies may have their accounts permanently terminated without further notice.
Reservation of rights
Nothing in this Policy limits our right to remove content, suspend accounts, comply with legal obligations, cooperate with law enforcement, or take any other action permitted under applicable law to protect Th3 Platform, its users, or third parties.
This Policy shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of New York and applicable federal law.
